The cost of delivery is included in our prices to all UK mainland destinations. For non-mainland UK destinations, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, or for destinations outside the UK, please contact our sales team at sales@disabled-toilets-uk.co.uk with your name, address and telephone number for a shipping quotation.

Most products are supplied from stock on a next working day delivery service. Some items are supplied to order and are on a longer lead-time and we will advise you of the lead-times on these items when quoting. We will always be pleased to confirm individual product lead-times for you prior to ordering if that would be useful or if the delivery lead-time is critical.
The day before your delivery is due you will receive a text message (or an email if a mobile number is not provided) from our courier to notify you that the delivery will arrive the following day. On the day of delivery you will receive a message providing an hour's slot for which the delivery is scheduled. Both text messages also allow you to contact the courier to change the day and time of the delivery if the arrangements are not convenient.
As these items are more bulky and you may need to plan for the delivery, our courier will contact you in advance by phone once the items are at the local courier depot to agree a delivery date with you before any delivery is attempted. Larger products, like toilets, disabled toilet packs or disabled shower packs, are likely to be delivered on a pallet. Delivery time is typically 3 - 5 working days.
Please note, someone needs to be on-site to receive your delivery. Our delivery courier will be bring the goods as close as possible to your property or property boundary but cannot bring the goods into your property. You will need to arrange for the goods to be taken from the point of delivery to their required inside location.
Orders that have a combination of larger and smaller items on them, will be delivered as a single delivery using the larger items Delivery Procedure.
If a specific time of day delivery is required this must be agreed in advance at the point of order as there is an additional charge for this service.
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries on a Saturday are possible by special arrangement, please contact us when placing your order. Not all areas of the UK are covered by a Saturday delivery service, please check with us in advance.
Larger items will be delivered using our pallet network partner. This delivery will take place on a lorry with a tail lift. If you live in an area where delivery by lorry is not possible due to access restrictions please can you advise us of this at the time of ordering by e-mail. We will try to accommodate access restrictions using our delivery network, but it may be necessary to make additional charges for delivery if we have to cross ship items to smaller vehicles locally to access your property.
Our standard delivery service is for kerbside delivery only. If you live in a block of flats, or have specific delivery requirements beyond the standard service, please contact the DTUK Customer Service Team on 01603 558855 or sales@disabled-toilets-uk.co.uk and we will be pleased to help you.
All goods will be delivered at ground floor level only and will require level access. Please open your goods carefully as the packaging will need to be in good order should you wish to return them.
